Products and Pricing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices listed on randomgizmos.ch are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT, unless stated otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation apply to that order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately, but minor variations (e.g. color, packaging) may occur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided (name, address, contact details) is accurate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We accept payment via TWINT and credit\/debit cards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment is processed securely via our payment provider (Pend). We do not store your full payment details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Shipping and Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We ship to addresses within Switzerland via Swiss Post<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Processing time<\/strong>: orders are typically processed and shipped within 1\u20133 business days of payment confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delivery time<\/strong>: once shipped, delivery typically takes 1\u20133 business days within Switzerland.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shipping cost<\/strong>: flat rate of CHF 3.90 \/ free over CHF 50.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Right of Withdrawal \/ Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact us at <a href=\"mailto:contact@randomgizmos.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">contact@randomgizmos.ch<\/a> before sending anything back.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, back to your original payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Warranty and Faulty Goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our products (e.g. mini cameras and gadgets) are intended for personal, lawful use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not liable for any misuse of products, including any use that violates Swiss privacy or surveillance laws (e.g. recording individuals without consent). It is the buyer&#8217;s responsibility to use products in compliance with applicable law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All content on randomgizmos.ch (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Random Gizmos or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Z\u00fcrich, Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.
