These Terms & Conditions govern your use of randomgizmos.ch and any purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices listed on randomgizmos.ch are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation apply to that order.
  • We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately, but minor variations (e.g. color, packaging) may occur.

3. Orders

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided (name, address, contact details) is accurate.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.

4. Payment

  • We accept payment via TWINT and credit/debit cards.
  • Payment is processed securely via our payment provider (Pend). We do not store your full payment details.
  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within Switzerland via Swiss Post
  • Processing time: orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery time: once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within Switzerland.
  • Shipping cost: flat rate of CHF 3.90 / free over CHF 50.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Contact us at contact@randomgizmos.ch before sending anything back.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, back to your original payment method.

7. Warranty and Faulty Goods

  • If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our products (e.g. mini cameras and gadgets) are intended for personal, lawful use.
  • We are not liable for any misuse of products, including any use that violates Swiss privacy or surveillance laws (e.g. recording individuals without consent). It is the buyer’s responsibility to use products in compliance with applicable law.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on randomgizmos.ch (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Random Gizmos or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
