We ship via Swiss Post. Once your order is confirmed and processed (usually within 1 business day), delivery takes 1–3 business days within Switzerland. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Yes! We accept Twint, as well as all major credit and debit cards. Simply select your preferred payment method at checkout.

Yes — you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first at contact@randomgizmos.ch before sending anything back and we’ll walk you through the process.

We’re sorry to hear that. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Currently we only ship within Switzerland. If you’re based abroad and would like to order, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Our cameras are legal to purchase and use for personal recording — such as documenting your own activities, travel, or property. Swiss law does not permit recording other individuals without their consent. It is the buyer’s responsibility to use products in accordance with Swiss law.
