What is the Flip Camera Mini?

What can the Flip Camera Mini do?
The mini camera doesn’t just take pictures, it also takes videos. The pictures and videos have a nostalgic 2000s vibe to them, similar to retro or disposable cameras. The camera comes with 6 different built in filters, those being:
- Greenscale and Yellowscale
- Western, for those wild west shots
- Black and White, perfect for those classic shots
- Inverted, giving your memories a spooky vibe
- Inverted Black and White, for those who thought Inverted wasn’t spooky enough
The display flips, allowing you to take selfies with ease! The auto rotation technology allows for easy vlogging too!
You can view your photos and videos directly on the camera via the built in screen and speaker. The camera comes with a shutter sound and a flash, which can each be toggled individually. You can use a USB-C cable to charge the camera.
How do I upload the pictures to my laptop or PC?
There are two ways to upload your memories:
- Connect your mini camera to your laptop or PC with a USB-C cable. Make sure it’s a USB-C cable that supports data transfer!
- Remove the SD card inside the mini camera and plug it into your laptop or PC
From there, you can share your memories with your friends and family!

I really like this minicamera, it’s perfect to travel with and easy to navigate. There’s a bunch of different settings that allow great pictures no matter what time of day. Especially the flash works great! As it is flippable it’s also very easy to take nice selfies where everyone is in frame! The picture quality and how easy it is to transfer the pictures to your phone positively surprised me.

Surprisingly good quality for how small it is (still grainy of course but nice pictures). Has a decent battery life and the flippable screen is great. Very fun to carry around and document your vacation or even everyday life with 🙂
